New babies often bring a lot of extra paraphernalia that must be kept organized and tidy. There are many options for storing reusable nappies, but we love the reusable nappy bag called “nappy pods.”
Nappy Pods to Reusable Nappies
Nappy pods are cuboid-shaped bags made of the same waterproof/waterproof material as reusable nappy cover covers. They are ready to take on anything and everything.
Nappy pods are a way to organize approximately eight disposable cloth nappies in a neat row, ready for the next day.
Reusable nappies: Wet bags
Families who use reusable nappies will also need wet bags. They are made of PUL, just like the nappy bag bags. This fabric is also used to make reusable nappies covers. These bags are flatter than nappy pods and can be hung from door handles or the corners of changing tables.
We prefer to keep clean, ready-to-use nappies in nappy containers and to reuse our wet bags to store used nappies. This can be done at home as well as out and about.
Go out with Reusable Nappies
We like to take a nappy bag with enough nappies and cloth wipes for our trips. The nappy pod is used in the same manner as a diaper bag. Once we’ve changed our diapers, we use the wet bag. We prefer to keep dirty nappies apart from clean ones.
They should be washed regularly
Reusable nappy bags such as wet and nappy pods should be washed regularly. If you only use them for clean nappies, you can wash them as often. After each use, wash the wet bags used to clean soiled or wet nappies.
