More about our Nappy Happiness Guarantee:

At RAWr Nappies we offer a refund or change of mind exchange on most full price or reduced products within 14 days of purchase – subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is included with the returned product(s);
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, unused, in its original condition with any tags intact.
  • Any discount received at the time of purchase will be carried over, original shipping costs will be deducted from refund for items originally bought with free shipping.

Buy Now Pay Later Purchases:

Purchases paid for via Afterpay or Zippay can be returned for refund only. If you require an exchange, please place a new order.

Paypal Purchases:

PayPal can cover your return shipping costs for you, just activate Paypal Refunded Returns and they will refund your return shipping costs if you need to send anything back – up to $45 per return and 8 returns a year. LEARN MORE >>

International Purchases:

International orders cannot be exchanged, and will be refunded upon approved return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order.

Exceptions to our returns policy:

Change of mind exchange or refund does not apply to the following: Giveaway items, items sold or auctioned via third parties or discontinued clearance stock. Returned items are subject to inspection by RAWr Nappies and any product received that is not in unworn, unwashed, unused original condition will be refused and customer will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item(s).

Return by post:

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. Ensure your return parcel is shipped in appropriate secure packaging and both sender’s and RAWr Nappies’ addresses are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. We encourage sending via tracked or registered post for piece of mind.

Allow 14 days for your return to be processed and exchange posted or refund credited to your account. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email (via the email address used for the original order), slight delays may be experienced during busy periods due to higher than usual shipping volumes.

  • Include details of item(s) being returned and requested style or size of exchange item(s). The original items will be returned on the original order and a new order for the exchanged item(s) will be processed. You will be notified of your new order number once exchanged has been processed.
