Please note, we can not guarantee that all products shown are available at all times. If an ordered product is found to be unavailable or out of stock you will be offered exchange or refund. In absence of prompt return communication RAWr Nappies reserves the right to substitute for similar products of equal (or greater) value.

TRIAL OFFERS: Trial nappies and packs are intended as a one time offer to new customers to make it easier to try night nappies before committing to a larger purchase. Trial offer coupon codes can not be combined with any other discount offers or coupon codes.

LAY-BY: Orders over $100 (retail only) may be purchased via lay-by. A non-refundable deposit to the value of 20% of order total is required to start a lay-by and further payments are to be made fortnightly. Lay-bys should be completed within 8 weeks and failure to make payments within this timeframe may result in forfeit of lay-by and deposit. Lay-by may be cancelled at any time during the 8 week payment period with the 20% deposit paid as the cancellation fee.

Items can not be held without any order placement. We offer a range of payment options – you may select Direct Deposit and then email us if you need longer than the 3 working days processing time (up to 3 days extra) or use Lay-by (see above). ZipPay and Afterpay are also popular and convenient options to buy now, get your order sent straight away and pay later.

14 DAY RETURNS (Our Nappy Happiness Guarantee):
Returns are happily accepted within 14 days of purchase – if the item is unworn and unwashed.

Shipping charges are not included and arrangements for replacement or refund will be discussed once a staff member has inspected the returned product to make sure it is in as new re-saleable condition. If items are not returned in re-saleable condition they will not be processed for refund or exchange. Carefully inspect the product being returned before shipping as any item received with offensive smells, stains, tears, dirt/pet hair, signs of use etc. will be refused by RAWr Nappies. In this event, the customer will be liable to pay for return shipping.

Due to the nature of our products we can not refund or replace used, secondhand or washed items. We do not refund or replace for change of mind on washed or worn items or for items damaged by delivery service or customer.

RAWr 180 day product warranty:

Our 14 day Nappy Happiness Guarantee does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and RAWr branded products come with a 180 Day Warranty on workmanship. This covers manufacturing faults or defects(except for products sold as ‘seconds’ quality for the fault that was identified at time of purchase).

This warranty applies to original purchaser only and incorrect use or failure to follow product care instructions will void warranty. This warranty does not apply to:

  • wear and tear, ie. staining, smells, gradual slackening of elastics over time,
  • leaking or wicking except as a result of manufacturing fault or defect,
  • incorrect use or failure to abide by care instructions (included in each order, emailed and can be found here). It is important to use gentle detergents which do not contain bleaching agents, whiteners or cellulase (often listed as just ‘enzymes’ on detergent packaging) with RAWr Nappies, especially our certified organic colourgrown cotton as it is untreated and whitening/stripping/depilling agents in many detergents will literally strip the fibres out of existence.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. We are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person to RAWr Nappies, in accordance with the process detailed below.

Warranty returns must be posted at the cost of the sender and arrangements will be discussed once the faulty item has been received and inspected. When returning or exchanging a faulty item, RAWr Nappies will refund postage costs upon presentation of shipping receipt, this may be used as store credit or partial refund on original order. Postage costs will only be refunded where manufacturing faults or defects are found and at our discretion. Take care to look after your purchase, follow the included care instructions and do not use undue force on elastics and poly resin closure snaps, to do so will risk you damaging the nappy and is considered incorrect use.

Items must be returned in a clean hygienic condition. We will not accept soiled or dirty items for repair. RAWr Nappies will assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund and this may require consultation with the manufacturer. This may result in a request for repair, exchange or refund being refused or delayed if care instructions have not been followed.

If your order contained any promotional discounts, your refund will be calculated to accommodate this. The value of the promotional discounts received may be deducted from your total refund amount (for example, if the revised order total does not qualify for free shipping). Refund, return and exchange requests will be processed as quickly as possible but allow up to 21 days, with further delays possible during busy periods such as school holidays, promotions or sales.

Please firstly contact us with your order number and details of the faulty product to discuss repair, exchange or replacement arrangements. Return items to

Ensure your return parcel is shipped in appropriate secure packaging and both sender’s and RAWr Nappies’ addresses are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. We encourage sending via tracked or registered post for piece of mind. To speed up handling time you may include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Your name, address and phone number
  • Details of item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return of item(s)
  • Your bank details or Paypal address if requesting refund.

SHIPPING is via Australia Post. RAWr offers a flat rate of $9.95 regular tracked postage or $11.95 express post satchel to anywhere within Australia (postage costs may change without notice). Once your parcel leaves our hands RAWr Nappies can not be held responsible if your parcel is slow or gets lost, you may lessen this risk by selecting Express Post Service or requesting Signature on Delivery/Extra Cover (will be invoiced separately). RAWr Nappies does not accept responsibility for any replacement or refund of the value of items lost in the post so if this is of concern please ask for insured post when placing your order. If, in the event, something does happen to your parcel in transit, we will investigate through Australia Post and make every attempt to recover the item(s) or cost for you.

Delivery times: Please allow up to 3 working days from cleared payment for your order to leave RAWr Nappies, including Local Pick up and Express Post orders. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to pick up or has been posted including tracking number where applicable. If payment is not received within 3 working days of order placement, your purchase will be cancelled and items returned to stock. If you require more time for payment please make contact ASAP, if we have an agreement in place your order will not be cancelled.

PRIVACY: You will receive follow up emails to the email address provided with your order. As our customer, you will be given the opportunity to notify us of your desire not to receive these follow up emails by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in each such email. RAWr Nappies reserves the right to accept or refuse sale to any particular customer, and we reserve the right to withdraw products from sale via this website at any time. RAWr Nappies reserves the right to accept or refuse any coupons at our discretion.
