Policies, Terms and Conditions (as agreed at purchase):
At RAWr Nappies we want your cloth nappying experience to be a great one, your satisfaction with our product is our main concern so please contact us at any time with your questions and concerns. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.
Please note, we do not guarantee that all products shown are available at all times. If an ordered product is found to be unavailable or out of stock you will be offered exchange or refund. In absence of prompt return communication RAWr Nappies reserve the right to substitute for similar products of equal (or greater) value.
LAY-BY: Larger (retail only) orders may be purchased via lay-by. A non-refundable deposit to the value of 20% of order total is required to start a lay-by and further payments are to be made fortnightly. Lay-bys should be completed within 8 weeks and failure to make payments within this timeframe may result in forfeit of lay-by and deposit. Lay-by may be cancelled at any time during the 8 week payment period with the 20% deposit paid as the cancellation fee.
REFER A FRIEND (Applies to retail customers only): If you have previously purchased a Stuff n Snap from our store and you refer a friend to RAWr Nappies, when they make a purchase and enter your name in the ‘referred by’ field during checkout you will be emailed a unique coupon code for $10 off your next purchase.
Coupon codes are unique and non-transferrable and may be used once only within three months of issue date at www.rawrnappies.com.au. Coupon may not be exchanged for cash or store credit. If total purchase amount is less than coupon amount the remainder will be forfeited. Coupon codes may be collected and combined on a single order provided that the order falls within three months of issue date of all codes used. Referrer must have previously placed an order through www.rawrnappies.com.au to qualify for the refer a friend coupon. One referrer name only per purchase may be entered, if more than one name is entered one coupon only will be created. If small consecutive orders quoting the same name in the ‘referred by’ field are placed by the same customer that could reasonably, and otherwise would have been combined in a single order, one voucher only will be created for one named referrer at a value of $10 store credit.
WHOLESALE purchase is available only to approved stockists for current RAWr branded lines only, clearance stock and Tri Nature products are not included for wholesale purchase.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES are possible, we do not refund or replace for change of mind or for items damaged by delivery service or customer. But if for example, you find you need a different colour or size and the item is unworn and unwashed we are happy to discuss an arrangement to ensure you are getting the most out of your purchase. All shipping charges are at the customer’s cost and arrangements will be discussed once a staff member has inspected the returned product to make sure it is in as new re-saleable condition. If items are not returned in re-saleable condition they will not be processed for refund or exchange. Carefully inspect the product being returned before shipping as any item received with offensive smells, stains, tears, dirt/pet hair, signs of obvious use etc. will be refused by RAWr Nappies. In this event, the customer will be liable to pay for return shipping. Due to the nature of our products we can not and will not refund or replace used, secondhand or washed items. Exchange or replacement is not offered on sale items(including reduced “Happy Hour” items), giveaways, items sold or auctioned via third parties or discontinued stock. If you purchased from a RAWr Nappies stockist contact place of purchase. If you purchased from our website please contact us via email quoting your order number to discuss exchange or replacement arrangements and return items to RAWr Nappies, PO Box 115 CARRICK TAS 7291. Ship in appropriate packaging, including a return self addressed satchel and a clearly written or typed note detailing:
- RAWr Nappies website order number or proof of purchase
- Your name, address and phone number
- Details of item(s) being returned and requested exchange item(s).
You will be contacted by RAWr Nappies on receipt of goods to arrange your return postage if no return satchel is included in the parcel.
RAWr branded products come with a SIX MONTH WARRANTY on workmanship, covering manufacturing faults or defects(except for products sold as ‘seconds’ quality). This warranty applies to original purchaser only and incorrect use or failure to abide by care instructions will void warranty. This warranty does not apply to:
- normal wear and tear, ie. staining, smells, gradual slackening of elastics over time etc.
- leaking or wicking except as a result of manufacturing fault or defect.
- incorrect use or failure to abide by care instructions (found on a tag at back of nappy and included in each order)
Warranty returns must be posted at the cost of the sender and arrangements will be discussed once a staff member has inspected the returned product. Postage costs may be refunded where manufacturing faults or defects are found on unused, unwashed products only and at our discretion. Take care to look after your purchase, do not use undue force on poly resin closure snaps, to do so will risk you damaging the fabric to which the snap is fastened and is considered incorrect use. Due to the nature of our products we can not and will not refund or replace used, secondhand or washed items but will repair any faults or defects under warranty. Items returned for repair must be in a clean hygienic condition. We will not accept soiled or dirty items for repair, RAWr Nappies will assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. If your order contained any promotional items (eg. buy 1 get 1 free), your refund will be calculated to accommodate this, the value of the free items received may be deducted from your refund total. Return and exchange requests will be processed as quickly as possible (allow up to 14 days).

Ship in appropriate packaging, including a clearly written or typed note detailing:

- Your name, address and phone number
- Details of item(s) being returned
- Reason for return of item(s)
- Your bank details or Paypal address if requesting refund.
SHIPPING is via Australia Post. We offer a flat rate of $8.95 regular postage to anywhere within Australia, Express Post may also be chosen on your way through checkout for a flat rate of $11.50. (Prices current as of 1/5/13 and may change without notice). Once your parcel leaves our hands RAWr Nappies will not be held responsible if your parcel is slow or gets lost, you may lessen this risk by selecting Express Post Service or requesting Signature on Delivery/Extra Cover. RAWr Nappies does not accept responsibility for any replacement or refund of the value of items lost in the post so if this is of concern please ask for insured post when placing your order. If, in the event, something does happen to your parcel in transit, a staff member will investigate through Australia Post and attempt to recover the item(s) or cost for you. Please note that items with Free Postage are posted in regular untracked envelopes, if you wish to have greater security on your purchase then choose your preferred shipping through check out or request Registered Post, Signature on Delivery and/or Extra Cover in the comments box during checkout and select ‘Request Total/Local Pick up’ to receive an invoice for correct shipping amount.
Delivery times: Please allow up to 3 working days from cleared payment for your order to leave RAWr Nappies, includes Local Pick up and Express Post orders. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to pick up or has been posted including tracking number where applicable. If payment is not received within 3 working days of order placement, your purchase will be cancelled and items returned to stock. If you require more time for payment please contact us, if we have an agreement in place your order will not be cancelled.
PRIVACY: At RAWr Nappies we value your privacy and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. We will not use your email address to send you any spam!
RAWr Nappies reserves the right to accept or refuse sale to any particular customer, and we reserve the right to withdraw products from sale via this website at any time. RAWr Nappies reserves the right to accept or refuse any coupons at our discretion.
